Session review

When the initial fight is ended, you must have a plan programmed to move on to the next step in your defense. Be prepared for more threats. Seek avenues of escape. Look for help.

 
 

DMT staff are only onsite during scheduled classes and private training times, but we are available by phone 8:30am to 4:00pm or during training hours, Monday to Saturday.

To best accommodate you, please sign up for classes online at least 12 hours in advance!
