Scheduling & Canceling:

Clients may not reschedule within 12 hours prior to the start of the class.

Clients may reschedule themselves through the Acuity Scheduling system via the link in the confirmation email, or contact info@defensivemindsettraining.com.

No prior notice or no shows will not be eligible to reschedule or refunds.

Due to scheduling demands, clients who have a pattern of rescheduling, cancellations, and/or no notice-no shows will be subject to account restrictions.

Private lesson rescheduling/cancellation will be at the discretion of the instructor.

Because of the challenge of filling a seminar spot at the last minute, seminars, including Permit to Carry, will need at least 14 days notice for cancellation for refund or reschedule. If cancellation is needed due to circumstances out of your control, please contact info@defensivemindsettraining.com or call the business number to discuss.

We highly recommend rescheduling a class instead of cancelling a class. However, if you cancel a class through Acuity, please also send an email to info@defensivemindsettraining.com so a credit can be created for you to put towards a future class or private lesson when your schedule permits.

Payment Expectations:

Full payment for a class has to be made on Acuity 12 hours or more prior to the start date and time of the event. Private lessons must be paid at the time of scheduling.

Accepted payments methods are major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Right to Refuse Training and Services:

Defensive Mindset Training reserves the right to refuse training and services to anyone for any reason. Safety, security, and professionalism will be observed and upheld by all of our trainers and clients. Any violations of integrity, safety, security, and professionalism will result in immediate removal from training and services.
