Scheduling & Canceling:

Should clients be signed up and know that they will be unable to attend the said scheduled class, the client will make those changes at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled class. Clients may make these changes themselves through the Acuity Scheduling system via the link in the confirmation email, or call Defensive Mindset Training’s Business Line or their Instructors. Should the client not show up to a scheduled class, the client will be marked “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund.

Private lessons will need at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation.

Because of the challenge of filling a seminar spot at the last minute, seminars, including Permit to Carry, will need at least 48 hours notice for cancellation for refund or reschedule.

Cancellation of classes or private lessons will not result in a refund. If clients must cancel, they must send an email to Defensive Mindset Training so a class credit can be created for the client to put towards a future class or private lessons when their schedule permits.

Payment Expectations:

Full payment for a class has to be made on Acuity 2 hours or more prior to the start date and time of the event. Private lessons must be paid at the time of scheduling.

Accepted payments methods are major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final. If the client purchased a class/private lesson and changes their mind, Defensive Mindset Training may exchange and reschedule the client to the class of their choosing. If the client is requesting a refund, they will forfeit 10% of the refund due to processing fees. Seminars will not be refunded if cancelled within the 48 hour window.

Right to Refuse Training and Services:

Defensive Mindset Training reserves the right to refuse training and services to any client for any reason. Safety, security, and professionalism will be observed and upheld by all of our trainers and clients. Any violations of integrity, safety, security, and professionalism will result in immediate removal from training and services.
