Session 3 - Social Conditioning

 
 

We learn from our family, friends, schools, and other parts of society how one is supposed to act or behave in most situations. In order for us to get along with most in society we have to be sociable. But what if that social conditioning is setting us up for disaster in a defensive situation? In this session we’re going to explore why some times it’s good to be “anti-social” and how turning off the “normal switch” can save your life.
