Session 1 - Never Unarmed
Many self-defense encounters do not start at yards, but at feet. These close contact encounters are incredibly dangerous because of flash knockouts and weapon strips. This session will begin your training by conditioning a defensive reaction position and baseline combatives system. This is not martial arts, this is very fast, responsive and neurologically effective defense system.
